Our 2025 Finalists!

Jean-Claude Guilbault – Logis 12+
A trained social worker, Jean-Claude Guilbault has volunteered for over ten years with Logis 12+, an organization that offers affordable housing and community support to people living with mental well-being challenges. As chair of the board and a cornerstone of the organization, he helped build several community housing projects, including Phase 2 inaugurated in 2021, and is actively involved in developing a new 40-unit project. Always present and attentive, he generously devotes his time to residents, who deeply value his kindness, calm presence, and profound humanity.
Sister Hélène Paillé – Maison L’Exode
For more than 30 years, Sister Hélène Paillé has embodied both compassion and rigor at Maison L’Exode, an organization supporting the social reintegration of people experiencing addiction or homelessness. A seasoned administrator and dedicated volunteer, she has built the solid foundations that ensure the organization’s stability and sustainability, while mentoring and guiding new staff. Her calm and compassionate leadership has supported hundreds of people on their path to recovery, notably through the creation of Montréal’s respite and sobering-up center. Guided by deep faith and a profound respect for human dignity, she continues to offer a steady, comforting presence to those seeking to regain their well-being and place in society.
Marjolaine St-Jules – Rêvanous
A trained social worker and co-founder of Rêvanous, Marjolaine St-Jules has devoted over 23 years of her time, heart, and expertise to promoting autonomy and inclusion for people living with mild intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. An active board member, she designed and facilitated residential autonomy workshops for nine years — a model that inspired other organizations. Visionary and persevering, she played a key role in creating Les Habitations Rêvanous, an adapted housing project that allows residents to live more independently and fully. Inspired by her daughter’s own journey with intellectual disability and autism, she continues her work with a deeply personal conviction: to build a world where everyone can live fully, at their own pace, with respect and dignity.
The recipient of the 2025 J Janette Bertrand Wellness Award will be revealed during our annual fundraising gala TAM-TAM DON, on November 13 at Le Mount Stephen.
