Join us for the launch evening of our major three-year fundraising campaign! During this event, we will highlight the immense contribution of Ms. Janette Bertrand to improving the mental well-being of the population and her incredible impact on Tel-Aide Montréal during her 25 years as spokesperson. She has been a pioneer in making active listening accessible.

We provide our free, confidential, and anonymous listening service to all, 365 days a year, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Last year, our trained volunteers in active listening answered over 20,000 calls.
Your contribution will help us raise awareness of our services within the Greater Montreal community, ensuring that no one has to face their distress alone. Furthermore, we will carry out efforts to recruit and train more volunteers.
TAM has over 170 volunteers trained in active listening, with 24 hours of theoretical training followed by 24 hours of practical training as well as ongoing education. TAM’s volunteers adhere to an ethical code of conduct, ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of the calls are respected.

Montreal, December 2023 – Tel-Aide Montréal (TAM), a free active listening service serving Greater Montreal for over 52 years, is thrilled with the incredible success of its first major fundraising campaign, TAM-TAM DON.
Thanks to the generosity of the public and dedicated partners, TAM managed to raise the impressive amount of $228,364.65 during the month dedicated to this crucial cause. By the end of 2023, the total amount raised reached nearly $289,000!
