Restoring the Voice of Seniors Project
By developing partnerships with senior groups and residences, this project aims to break the loneliness of elderly individuals by offering them and their caregivers various ways to integrate active listening into their lives. This includes sharing sessions on listening, group workshops for seniors, training for staff, and meetings with caregiver groups. All our services are tailored to the unique reality of each environment and the specific needs of the elderly individuals who frequent them
Internships for students
In 2024, Tel-Aide Montréal (TAM) is launching a major partnership project with the psychology department of the University of Montreal (UdeM). Two cohorts of third-year psychology undergraduate interns will join our team of volunteers for the school year. These interns will contribute to the smooth operation of our listening service. This partnership strengthens the sustainability of our listening and training services. For more information, please contact us.
